Your aroma is with me tonight.
I keep a piece
next to my pillow,
while the other
perfumes my days to come,
in my wardrobe.
Before embracing slumber
under this party of stars
I think of how
this night
is going to be and,
I envision myself
not taking a turn
away from you tonight.
I see myself evolving,
giving up on oxygen and,
